The main objective of this consultancy is to facilitate the development and designing of a comprehensive, actionable, and results-oriented Strategic Plan for SIMUKAI for the period 2027–2029. The new strategy must be grounded in the evidence and learning from the past strategic cycle and aligned with the evolving needs of children and communities, national policies, and global best practices

  • Registered company/organization in Zimbabwe
  • Valid tax clearance certificate
  • Proof of similar work experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Financial capability and bank references
  • Valid procurement registration certificate

  • Audited financial statements (last 2 years)
